Choose either male or female clothing category, and then pick the design and apparel item you like.

Apart from T-shirts, you can buy sweatshirts, hoodies, dresses for women, and other kinds of attire with this The Grapes of Death print. If you want this design printed on something that I don’t have listed, you can ask me if I can get it for you.

I offer it in at least two languages — French and English. If you want another one, just contact me and ask me for this. Or if you just want to change the phrase “I ate the grapes of death with Jean Rollin in 1978” to something else that you find funnier (or less stupid).

This design is among the three first Jean Rollin T-shirt prints that I made to start this online shop (the other two are Fascination and The Iron Rose).

For this design, I hired a guy from Fiverr who did digital oil-style paintings based on photos. The other two prints were made by myself. Frankly speaking, they look more primitive than this one.

But later I learned myself how to create digital oil paintings from screenshots. So fortunately, this is the last time that I outsourced a design to someone.

The girl in the picture is the character of Mirella Rancelot who plays a scared blind village girl in the film. In that scene, she is lost in the night, surrounded by her sick bloodthirsty zombie neighbors, losing their minds as a result of being contaminated by the toxic grape fertilizer chemicals.

Despite playing a secondary character, Mirella Rancelot’s face is the most memorable one in The Grapes of Death. Obviously, because of the eyes giving her a sinister (yet attractive) look. That’s why I selected her face to represent the film in my T-shirt print design.

After all, her face is more pleasant to look at than the numerous faces covered with wounds and sores soaking mayonnaise and mustard-looking liquids, attempting to portray an image of a decaying living dead on a budget.

The Grapes of Death also Features Brigitte Lahaie in a secondary role of a malicious lady with two big dogs. This was her first non-X rated film. Then, she played one of the main roles (and probably, the most memorable one) in Fascination, also by Jean Rollin. Look at my interpretation of her character on my Jean Rollin’s Fascination T-shirt.
