Clothing Types

Click either male of female category above and choose from my selection of T-shirts, tank tops, sweaters, dresses, and other clothing.

You may want to have The Healers picture printed on, let’s say, a hat or another item that I don’t currently offer among the options you see. In this case, let me know what you’d like me to print it on, and I will check the availability of this option.

Designs

Unlike other Eduardo Cemano T-shirts, I have only one design for The Healers. But it still comes in two variations that differ with the phrasing.

Phrasing

One of the phrasing options says “A film where everyone gets O.F.F. (Orgasmic Free Flow)”. This phrase was suggested to me for this shirt print by Eduardo Cemano himself. It creates the comical effect by employing the word play using “off” as an abbreviation of Orgasmic Free Flow — the physiological phenomenon discovered by the doctors in the movie and curing any existing disease.

Another variation is mine — “I conducted studies of the Orgasmic Free Flow with The Healers in 1972”. This is supposed to be funny because of the scientific style of the phrase, which is obviously too serious for such a comedy.

Image

Eduardo Cemano composed the design for me. It combines two screenshots from the film.

Honestly, before being sent the design concept by Ed, I was pretty much lost trying to come up with an interesting design. I couldn’t find good images that I’d considered memorable enough for making a T-shirt design of them. So I’m very glad to be able to use Ed’s solution.

According to Ed’s model, I made screenshots of the corresponding scenes (for better quality), cut them out, and arranged them in the same way as Ed had shown me on his initial model. I applied the oil painting filter to them, adjusted the colors, and painted certain details, such as the edges of the nurse’s robe, to get rid of blurriness and other imperfections. I also used my turquoise-purple background behind the characters and added the text.

The nurse (Margo Sanger) in the center of the design was placed in a way that her breasts are covered by the arm of the doctor (Eberhard Ellis) and the leg of Lady Vulva (Ultramax) — to make this shirt design more appropriate for wearing it in public. However, it may still be risky in some places because of the phrasing. You won’t want to wear it to church. Wear it with caution!
